is it possible to receive the envelope and pass but still not have your name posted on rn.ca.gov website??

i took my nclex a week ago and i've been checking the rn.ca.gov website and been waiting for the letter... i got 75 questions, so two things come to mind i either amazingly passed or miserably failed... and right now im feeling miserable... does anyo...
