I have worked at Mayo for a year, and love it. We are well staffed, have a great team environment, as well as a collaborative relationship with the docs. Managment does a great job of supporting the nurses, and the institution really does keep the focus on providing great care to the patients..

hi there.. i just started in the icu as well at mayo.. the new grad program is wonderful.. plus.. the whites actually seem kinda normal when you see everyone in them!! just remember to stock up on tide pens!!! best of luck!!

I think you are fine if you have it done by the time you start.

I am in Linfield's program and love it!!! I will be graduating in 5/07. The program has a definate community health approach, which I really enjoy. Good luck to you!
