I think you should all refer to NCSBN website (ncsbn.com) to find each state requirements on local licensure. Each state has its own ruling on licensure, there are states that require local licensure from the country where your education was completed, and there are states that don't. Example of states that don't require local licensure are California and Nevada, and a few more. Most of the states now require your local licensure like New York and Texas. So just go to NCSBN website for your reference.
