75 questions today, no idea how I did
landnurse, I would not worry too much. If you did well in school and did all that preparation, you probably did fine. I know it is agonizing waiting, but don't depair you probably did fine. I also came out of the test feeling horrible, but that is normal, everyone feels that way. Just think, 84% pass on their first time and that includes people who did not do well in school or study substantially for the nclex. So you should not worry! I have confidence in you! Let me know how you did, devo165

Did I pass the NCLEX?
Hey Tess322- How is it going? I also heared that no math questions is a good thing and that a lot of prioriy questions indicate higher level questions, but who knows? I don't know if you get the results earlier, because my friend took it a day before me and her results we available after about 49 hours after she started the test. (She passed with 175 questions!) So I don't know if they come sooner, but believe me, I have been checking! Good luck and I hope to address the two of us as tess322 R.N. and devo165 R.N.- Keep me updated!

Did I pass the NCLEX?
I took the nclex RN today and I too shut off at 75. I got 5 select all that apply and no math calculations. I also had tons of prioritizing and who would you discharge first, who would you call back first, etc. I don't think the questions got much harder or easier. I am so nervous. I feel like I got all of them wrong. Please help!!!!!

75 questions today, no idea how I did
Hi! I also took it today and shut off at 75! I don't feel confident at all. I felt that the questions did become really difficult. I was always left with two decent answers. I got five select all that apply. Most of my test was prioritizing and who do you discharge first, are these considered more difficult questions? I know you can pass or fail with 75 questions, but does anyone know if more pass or fail on 75? If anyone knows please answer, I am a nervous wreck?

Help! How to Study for NCLEX
I am taking my nclex-RN in two weeks from today. I am terrified. I went through the entire Saunder's Review Book and did all of the questions. I can't seem to remember most of the medications in the Saunder's book. There are sooo many meds in the book, it is impossible to remember the meds and their serum levels and everything else about them. My schools pharm class focused on the classic meds and not nearly as many as the Saunder's book. Does the nclex ask so many meds questions on meds that are not typical- like eye drop meds, and all the various types of chemo, etc. PLEASE HELP I HAVE TWO WEEKS AND I AM A WRECK!
