    I passed my boards 5 months ago and just got a job working in a nursing home. I'm extremely nervous about the entire fiasco and I don't know what to expect, things to be alert for or anything. I'm aware about the issue of text-book nursing and reality nursing, and OMG!! that's going to affect me somehow, I just know it. Granted I'll be orienting of a while, I still feel anxiety. I suppose I just don't want to screw up. Any advice will be totally appreciated.
