  1. http://www.fccj.edu/prospective/programs/data05_06/5707.html Info in the CNA program at FCCJ. Probably a good option to consider.
  2. FCCJ (Florida Comm College of Jax) www.fccj.edu Univ of North Florida www.unf.edu Jacksonville University www.ju.edu If you're in Middleburg, then St. Augustine would most likely not be a viable option due to the long drive, but you can google it if your interested. Hope this helps you out.....:)
  3. Hello All, First term RN student in Jax FL here.......just popping in to say hi to my fellow Floridians! :) -Brad
  4. I am currently a nursing student at FCCJ......if you need any info, feel free to PM me - there is another school in St. Augustine. UNF and JU Universities have programs as well. :)
  5. As a former personal trainer, and new nursing student - I'd like the idea of spinning (cycling) classes to be offered in hospitals......it's low impact and great for the legs and cardio, not to mention a good stress reliver!
  6. I personally approve of the campaign poster very much, since I am a male who prides himself on being athletic and taking care of himself.....I had to wrestle with the idea and the publics preconcieved notion of what a male nurses image is generally accepted to be for a long time, but I once read that a "person's career doesn't need to be the sole definition of that individual"...and I have to come to the realization that this is true for a lot more people than one would initially think, male nurses included.
