  1. WHat is meant by SATA??
  2. look I failed the nclex 3 times also and also felt like "why take it again when I will never pass" But I have decided that I WANT TO BE A NURSE!!! And my opinion has changed. Do suzannes plan and see if that will work for you. I will take it again in DECEMBER and if I fail again then I will take it every 45 days until I pass. I live in Louisiana and you can only take it 4 times in 4 years so now I am registered in MS. I will take this test until I pass. PLEASE get strong like I did. I will not tell you things like well good luck and I know you can do it and mushy things like that. Instead Just study again trying a new method (saunders) and try again and if that does not work then try something different and take it again and again until one day you will pass. I am DETERMINED to pass this test. You need to be to... GET STRONG Brandi

Look I have now failed it 3 times and soon to ake it again. The only advise I can tell you is to try Suzanne4 plan. Look at her first study plan at the top of the nclex forum. She has a high pass rate and it is FREE. All you need it the saunders book and cd if you do not already have it. It cost about 35 dollars. See if this will help you Best of luck Brandi
  4. I really hope you passed I will pray for you!!! Maybe you should listen to your heart and call him!! Brandi bmmnurse
  5. I have waited tables and bartended for EVER and then was at a point in my life that I was sort of financially secure and was able to go to nursing school. I went to a four year program private school (RN-BSN) that cost me over 60,000. I am now a year and a half out of school and with 3 failures on the nclex. I am now poor again and waiting tables again. What is wrong with this picture. I have done everything possible, I think at this point that I must have multiple personalities and that it really was not me that attended nursing school. (HA HA). I am now doing Suzannes program but to tell you the truth I am so afraid to take it again. I am imbarrased to my family, my husband, my kids, my friends. This is worse than a nightmare. ALL of the people that I graduated with are working but ME. As a matter of fact MY study partner tells me the other day that to hurry up and pass the boards that SHE will hire me. That is crazy and unbelieveable that my friend is already there. I know that I am not the only person that is going through this, but I guess that I am having a pity party for myself right now. I mean I cry EVERYDAY and try and ask GOD why I can't open up my brain and retain the material. I have in life suceeded with all of my goals except this one. I graduaed high school, Served my country for 6 years in the Army, Got married and have Two little girls. I need this emotionally more than anything. I dreamed as a little girl of being a nurse and I don't want to do anything else. I hope that this was not a bore instead I have pretty much lived for this website everyday for inspriation. Thanks for all that care. You have know idea waht this site does for me emotionally. Brandi
  6. People please respone to this thread. I cannot be the only person that has ever been in this situation. PLEASE i need answers. Brandi
  7. do not know all, but I know Texas is and that is one state over from me.
  8. Marlene Hurst is a fabulous NURSE!! Her lecture is great also.. For some reason I am on my fourth time taking the boards (NCLEXRN). I am by no means telling you not to take her what I am saying is I do not know if you would be able to tell if she is GOOD for YOU until you try her program. MOST people in my graduating class that took the hurst review passed the first time. I just think that I am stupid or something. But seriously she is good.
  9. I really need your plan. Please let me know where I can get it. Thanks brandi bmmNurse
  10. I really need what you have tyler bmmNurse
  11. I have failed the nclex 3 times and live Louisiana where you can only take it 4 times within 4 years. My question is that IF I fail again can I go to an unlimited state such as texas and take it again?? Please respond I am at a loss right now!! Also I am now doing suzanes plan but extremely scared to reregister because it is my 4th and last time to take it here in LA. I need to pass and start working since I have 60,000 in debt from student loans!!
  12. I would also like to know what the 2nd step is for suzanne's plan?? Thanks
  13. I disagree with you. Please do not give false hope to people. I failed 3 times and the school that I went to only had a 55% pass rate. So as far as YOU passing is individual based. Not to be rude but I put just as much time and energy in to this test and still can't pass.
  14. Has anyone taken the nclex the max amount of times?? I was wondering if you said yes to this question?? Is it possible to just go to another state and pass there then come back to your original state and practice?? I have taken the boards 3 times and only have one more chance to take it. I did well in nursing school, but it is as if this test is in another language or something?? New Orleans, Louisiana
  15. if you fail 3 times in navada and go to cali and pass, can you practice in nevada??/
