I just left a position as ADON of a LTC in Virginia where the MDS Coordinator ws a LPN who made $26.00. I happened to have the CRNAC and would sign behind what this department did each week. I feel that she was overpaid especially since, I as the ADON did not make much more than she did. I hope this helps.
