atlanta area tech has a bad name and it is easier to get into but look at the pass rate for the state of ga. a name says a lot about a school and atlanta area tech has a bad name in the nursing school. they have students that need help in remedial classes and tutors but are applying to the nursing program. i would check around.

I went to west central college in carrollton and i thought the training was great. i did not go to a hospital and work so i dont really have a lot of clinical experience. i stayed at a job where i am a team supervisor making 26.00 an hour as a lpn. i am thinking about my rn but not sure what avenue i will take with the backlog of waiting for a school to have a opening.

I have an interview next thursday for my first school nursing job. i think i will like the hours and the summers off.
