  1. my first 6 months in nursing led me to have work related anxiety & with the help of my therapist i started to cope but until now (the 11th month) i m still suffering & now m on " Xanax " to help me to over come the reality chock as a novice new nurse . it is not easy at all to be a brand new nurse in a hospital like my hospital so i dont know to where it will lead me , may be to quite the whole proffesion who knows?
  2. for myself i wont give it because i m not liscened to & if i will give it once i will have to give agian so i wont put my liscence @ risk to be taken from me because of being good with my nieghbor
  3. :balloons: hello, in my hospital we are at the prossecc to start the computer based - nursing decumentation i feel good about the idea since the patient's confentaility is an issue & it has another advantage with regards to the paper work we are doing for non-sense (sometimes).
