    I have been an Lpn for 16 years I honestly love nursing at times and over these times it goes in like 5 year spurts of wanting to phase out lpns by the way I live in New York it is not gonna happen You wanna know why first of all it take the average nurse about 5 years to burn out and after they have exhausted all the foreign nurses they talk this utter rubbish again the old adage nurses eat their young continues to persist It is not gonna happen thanks
