  2. You will either love it. Well I do anyways. You just have to learn to prioritize.

    We also use the paper/plastic blue chux. Everyone that is incontinent wears pull ups or diapers. We only have 2 decubs at this time. That is the most we have had in 3 years. Also our facility does not smell of urine. We have 42 beds.

  5. I also work in a small facility, which has 42 beds. Our night shift has 2 CNA's and 1 LPN. So our LPN usually does not have to help with rounds. I don't know what your state regs say, but we have to have at least 3 for 36 residents.
