  1. O my heavens, i feel bad for you. I also experience that. You are only 1 person, you can only do what you can do. I would have done the same thing. Always remember Maslow's, that will help you. When things get hairy during my shifts, i try to remember Maslow's. It has always helped. You will get the hang of it before to long. Good luck and God is with you.
  2. I am a fairly new LPN of 1yr. experience. What I have come to find is that it does not matter who your co-workers are, when it comes to their butts or yours, they will screw you. Yes in school they taught us the correct ways for a reason. I understand that we may have to cut corners, but that is a corner I would walk the whole way around. You have come to far to let something like giving a med that someone popped or drew up to loose it all... Just follow your heart when it comes to those kinds of issues, and you will do the right thing.
  3. I live in Missouri, i am a LPN with 1yr experience. I make $ 14.00 hr. I specialize in Geriatrics. I am glad to share what God has given to me. I hope this helps....
