failing two days b/f eligible for nclex
My teacher set up medications in the drawer in a way that could have harmed the patient, however being a proficient student I did not take the bate. Her purpose in doing so was to say that I would have harmed the patient, if she could catch me preparing the wrong one. One teacher in a previous clinical stated, " I would trust her with my own family" I would never harm a patient. I was the first student in the last clinical rotation to start an IV as well as the only student who would volunteer to lead the class in a mock code. As for the use of my di.. word I was referring to the blockage of a passage by this woman in more than one way. I have nothing against anyone's sexuality until it fails me... furthermore I can't even go to the local hospitals and schools because everyone knows each other so I have to leave state to be fairly evaluated. Thanks for all of you who understand that things are not always fair. Anyone familiar with my nursing school knows that the faculty have drinking parties and that they stick together in all cases.

Here is the situation... I've earned a BA psychology and decided to go into nursing I started an MN program at a college where I successfully finished all the courses and clinicals with a 3.9 with the exception of a critical care clinical rotation. One of the teachers decided that she wanted to fail me, convinced the faculty to take over my evaluator's position to fail me, and did just that. She gave me all zeros on account such as confidentiality even though she never claims that I breeched this. This woman also came on to me before the evaluation, held my hand and said, " you can get a lot further if you're nicer to people. I told the dean and chair before my evaluation and they still aloud it to take place. The chair convinced the dean that despite the bias there were safety issues; however these were fabricated late in the appeal process and the worst issue was not responding to a vent alarm. I went through the appeal process and the dean made a final decision that I could take 8mo in the BSN program free of tuition due to the obvious bias involved... I don't trust the faculty and I'm taking it to court and will get my money back $38,0000. The problem is that I have can not even work as a nurses aide although I've been studying for 6 years total now. There should be a way to just retake that clinical yet the dean claims that there is not. I am depressed and can't find a way out. I will go anywhere in the world that will quickly allow for me to become licensed...I deserve it. The teacher that has done this is currently on leave coincidentally and no longer doing preceptorship...I don't know why. Does anyone know of any programs...Pheonix doesn't accept you unless licensed already along with many others I've tried. Why is an RN an RN but programs are not compatible with each other.

CONSPIRACY...It does frequently occur in a field of witches... Especially when there are differences in sexuality from 3.9 to all zero in last clinical huh????

Can teachers fail students 2 days b/f BSN?
shortage of student to place themselves at a subjective grading method by a sole evaluator .........who can fail you out 2 days before BSN..........where does this leave the hard working women??

Can teachers fail students 2 days b/f BSN?
I have a 3.9 GPA and all A on clinicals yet during my last rotation in the ICU, a teacher gave me all zeros. We had been having a personaility conflict and this particular teacher happened to have good friends on the floor to support her ludicrous grading. I am still in the appeal process and just wonder what my options would be in the case that it does not go through. My lawyer can sue but he can't give me a degree.. what could I do to just retake one course..and go on with my life............where could I go??
