    hi! to all, i live n madras, i want to work in bend too but i dd not had a chance to take the PI board exam. And now i dont know what to do. I want to work as a nurse. i just got here last dec. 23, 2005. can i take nclex without my license in PI? I msg the board of nursing here in oregon they said they dont require the license in phil. but they have to see my TOR... how about TOEFEL? pls advice me...
