  5. Hello EVERYBODY , I am NEW here , my name is Jas , i am 25 years old , married and i live in Maryland. I am here in the U.S. some what over a year. Before that time i lived in Germany and visited a German Nurse School for 3 years and finally got my Diploma in September 2002 , after that i worked almost 3 years in an Anaesthesiology Department.Well , right now i prepare myself for the NCLEX-RN Examination and TOEFL-TEST. I can`t work right now because i`m still going thru some Immigration procedures like Adjustment of Status , Petition for Alien Relative and finally this Month we sent my Application for Work Authorization in , which should be issued to me in 90 days or so... ( you`ll never know , the USCIS isn`t that fast anymore ) but anyway , i am looking forward to the day i can work as a Nurse again , that`s what i really love!!!! I didn`t registered myself at the State board of Nursing yet but i started studying already , which can`t be wrong... Well , i guess that`s enough information about me now... But i have a question...Is it possible to work in a hospital as a MEDICAL/NURSE ASSISTANT or sth like that to earn some money as long as i prepare myself for the NCLEX and so on?????Is their any possibility??? I already know about VOLUNTEERING but you didn`t earn any MONEY right??? Thanks in Advance to ya`ll...:balloons: Hope ya`ll have a great day... Bye Jas
