How many years of nursing experience did you have before you got into/apply to CRNA school ?

Oh i do too ! I just dont like being locked in a basement with 800+ people. It was so hott, you could rub the wall and see all the condensation. Sweet !

So get this.. just this weekend, we have had 2 tornado evacuations, and a fire alarm.. in one weekend. 2 of which happened today. Sat. evening we have been getting severe weather, and living in the dorm, they send us to the basement with the rest of our 800 person dorm.. which i was supposed to be checking up with my grandparents for dinner at TGI Fridays. THEN, after a long night of partying, we get awaken by a fire alarm some dumb *beep* set off by playing with the sensor in his room. THEN, more bad weather sets in , and we get sent back to the suana for about an hour. And as i speak, more tornados come towards us. Woot Woot, all of this while im trying to do a Sociology test. haha, ill keep you posted if we get blown away. btw, im in springfield, Mo.

Hey, just figure id chime in that i currently go to MSU (name changed from SMSU in September) and the CRNA students i have talked to say its a great program.. Cant help in that department because im Pre-Nursing right now, but i can tell you that you will love the campus and the vibe you get here. Josh

Im a pre-nursing student , and im wondering if your nursing school is going to affect your standing on being accepted into a CRNA program. Has anyone else transfered from one school beg. of junior year to a different state and their experience with it. Thanks

I see, pretty much the same thing as 4 year, just a route for the community college folks. Cool

Someone posted in another post that it only takes 2 years to become a RN. Im wondering if you went this route rather than the 4 year university route, would you still be available for CRNA school ? Because thats my main goal, rn -> CRNA. Just wondering if i can save myself some time (im a first semester freshman right now). Thanks in advance
