Hi Edisonnurse, I'd too would be interested in hearing if certain benzos can cause EPS.. it would be news to me if they did...aside from that, as nurses we are responsible for our own practice and I would be questioning all advice when it comes to medications. Best to do our own research and base our nursing on evidence based pracitice, not what we hear from colleagues. I'd be using this as a learning experiance. seisen

Hi, I have an assignment where we have to construct a nursing care plan for a depressed, suicidal patient. My problem is I have never had any experience with nursing care plans, I have never even seen one. I have looked on the net but cant seem to find a example to give me some idea of the format or content. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve
