  1. With 6 years of ICU experience, I don't think you'll have much trouble finding opportunities around Boston. The area has a lot of major hospitals, and experienced ICU nurses are always in demand. A friend of mine relocated to Boston for healthcare work and found that the bigger challenge was choosing where to live rather than finding a job. He later moved closer to work using 617 Boston Movers and said cutting his commute improved his quality of life more than any pay increase. I'd probably start with a permanent position unless you're unsure about staying long term. Boston hospital systems are strong, and having a stable base while relocating internationally can make life a lot easier.
