  1. I got a call too moments ago. Congratulations to everyone who got in!
  2. Thank you. I interviewed on the 6th. Although I got accepted on the spot, I received my official acceptance letter today. I am aware they're still sending emails out so don't give up if you haven't received anything yet.
  3. I absolutely agree with you. I spent so much time preparing for another program that was heavily clinical, and since both interviews were two days apart, I didn't really get time to prepare USF apart from looking up and reading about the program's leadership. I decided to watch the open-house recording on the day of the interview just to get a good understanding of the program. That became the game changer. Praying for the best for you. Hopefully they'll respond early next week.
  4. Thank you both. While I had 3.8+ overall GPA, 3.9 -4.0 Science GPA( program-specific), CCRN-CMC, 1.5 years ICU only experience, and 330s GRE, I believe those were mainly helpful in getting me interviews. I have strong conviction that my interview performance ultimately led to the acceptances I've received so far.
  5. Thanks. They mentioned that it was out of the norm and that's why I consider myself fortunate. But still don't have a formal letter, and even if I had, I was still planning to attend the other interviews for the aforementioned reason. I do, however, take cognizance of the fact that travel costs can be exorbitant.
  6. If I were you, I would still go ahead and prepare for the other interview. I was fortunate to get a decision with USF at the end of my interview, but that did not stop me from attending other interviews. At the end of the day, you'll compare and make an informed decision. Just my thoughts.
  7. Although I don't think the PD will respond, it won't hurt to reach out.
  8. The PD reached out to me a few hours ago with an acceptance offer. I wish you all the best.
  9. Yes. I interviewed on the 4th, and I remember the PD mentioning that we would hear back the following week. As far as I know, nobody has been contacted yet. I reached out to follow up a couple of days ago, and they said that their attention is currently focused on other things happening on campus, so I don't expect to hear anything from them this month. Regardless, I think this program could do better when it comes to communicating with applicants.
  10. My timeline speculation was wrong. Let's hope it happens before the end of the week.
