I haven't heard anything and I interviewed with PICU

Has anyone who interviewed this week heard back yet?

Did you all include a personal statement? And a cover letter? There's only a place to upload resume / CV - so did you merge all three into one document?

Just finished round 1 unit interview! Apparently we'll hear back by tomorrow? How did others feel it went? I wasn't prepared for the 2 minute timer + definitely felt rushed! No idea what they're looking for to make one candidate stand out among others!

I emailed Jennifer! She said mine had been routed to OR.

If we never got an interview invite, is it safe to assume we've been rejected completely? Just need to cross things off my list!

Interesting! I just wrote that in my cover letter - does that mean they will just consider me for another unit? Can you tell me what you emailed and what they said? Thanks!!

Is the first interview just one applicant with management? It's not like the Stanford Adult Hospital interviews where there's multiple applicants in the zoom interview?
