    Has anyone had to go back to the treatment facility to be re-evaluated in order to practice as a NP while in the program? I worked as a RN, now have my NP, and they are making me get an evaluation before they allow me to get my NP license. I still have another year to work before I can apply to get out of my contract. Specifically, I am on a pain medication, prescribed by pain management for chronic pain after multiple abd surgeries, and the board seems to think the treatment facility will not recommend/ advocate for me to practice.

    Hey. I am in VDAP. It's a nightmare. please tell me you didn't sign a contract. There's an attorney in Birmingham named (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS) who specializes in BON VDAP contracts. Ice you sign, you're stuck.
