Hi all, Just wanted to add my experience with the process. I applied to the all the hospitals last January and got invited to all the meet and greets. At the meet and greets, you meet the hiring managers for all the hospitals. Every meet and greet was a little different, but basically you meet the hiring managers for all the hospitals and tell them about yourself. You only get 3-5 minutes with them. After that, they decide whether or not they want to invite you back for an interview. I managed to land interviews at Mercy General, Woodland, and Mercy San Juan. I was told offers won't be sent out until the end of February to early March because interviews are still ongoing at this time. Good luck everyone!
