  1. I wonder if they aren't giving it to people who haven't submitted the deposit yet... which sucks cus I would've liked to know if I got it to make a decision, but I guess they made it for me LOL
  2. congrats!! does the button to your PLAN acceptance look different from the regular "view your decision" button that houses our acceptance/financial aid letters? and did you also get an email telling you to check your portal? just trying to gauge if its a definite no since they don't tell you if you didn't get it smh...
  3. from the financial aid webinar going on RN - if you applied for PLAN, the only way to know you got it is if you receive notification this week. they will NOT be communicating with you if you do not get into the program allegedly they will come out before the deadline... so if anyone receives notification that you were accepted can u please please let the thread know so we know that notifications are coming out ?
  4. I didn't go to visiting day, but the cost is really the biggest hindrance in my decision. I'm waiting for financial aid to make my final decision, though, just to see what that looks like. the extra $35k (for just the tuition, no fees) for Summer 2027 was def the "okay let's take a step back" moment for me LOL. plus the fact that a lot of people in the program don't have the best things to say about it and we've seen glimpses of disorganization throughout this admissions process. overall, we're just paying the ivy tax. the other mde program im leaning towards is over $100k less, but 10 mos longer, which sucks, but I feel like it makes the most sense for me since I plan on going back to school for an APRN degree after working for 2-3 years.
  5. @ anyone who went to the visiting day - can u summarize your day / how the event went and what you learned?
  6. same! -------------- Also, not sure if anyone else saw the financial aid email that came out a little bit ago but the est. cost of Summer 2027 is $36,755 and they do not do scholarships for Summer, so any internal scholarships you get strictly applies for Fall/Spring.
  7. based on the website, I think we would only get $25,000. im not sure if that's total or if we get another extra bit for the Summer of 2027... it's all super confusing, I wish we'd get clarity on it
  8. I have work unfortunately so I won't be attending. Looking forward to the recap on here haha!!
  9. I heard back during the first set of acceptances and I haven't accepted my offer yet because im still waiting to hear back on financial aid and PLAN ? they said we will at least hear about financial aid before the deadline, im just hoping that it isn't on mar 8th LOL. but agreed, the other program where I put down a deposit has made me do so many things already and im just trying to stall as much as possible. this entire process and its disorganization is bringing to light what current students/alum have all told us to be prepared for, kind of scary ?
  10. if you applied - has anyone received a notification regarding the PLAN program? I emailed ~2 weeks ago and they said we would receive a separate email stating if we got in or not, so just wondering if anyone had heard back
  11. I got an email, that's how I knew to look at my portal last week. this is what it looks like and it came from the same email we usually get comms from:
  12. do you mean an email prompting you to check your portal?
  13. for everyone who's gotten an acceptance after Friday - is your due date also march 9th?
  14. I applied for Summer 2026 right as they were wrapping up Spring 2026 applications, so in a similar boat to you right now. In my experience, they are extremely, extremely fast (as in you will hear back within 10-15 days max), so I wouldn't stress if you haven't heard from them yet. They're def still busy with figuring out Summer's class. My advice is to wait until you're certain you'd wanna go there because once you get an acceptance, they only give you 2 weeks to respond. They gave me an answer on xmas eve and then still expected me to decide within 2 weeks despite me being out of the country and seeing the email late LOL
  15. I'm MDE-only and I got $40k merit ($20k/semester). I also applied for PLAN, but there is no word of if I got that or not. did anyone who received an acceptance and applied for PLAN hear back regarding that?
