UPDATE. I just received an update on my portal. I was rejected from the HDME program, applied priority deadline. My application had been under review for the entire time, until now. Hope that's helpful for anyone that still hasn't gotten a decision or waiting for an update, hopefully that means your decisions are on the way. But congrats to everyone that was accepted and good luck to everyone still waiting!

Please lmk when they respond to that email and what they say cause I'd love to hear their excuse this time. And also I'm not sure honestly bc someone said on here that they got an email back from admissions this past week and was told that they're still sending out acceptances. But they also said the rest of decisions would be sent by the end of the week, so IDK. Which is unfortunate. Because if this is how stressed out they'll have us throughout the duration of the program, and how last minute we'll receive answers for anything, then I question whether I'll be happy with this program.

Nope I've given up and honestly have stopped checking at this point. They're so behind and last minute with everything, it's ridiculous.

I hate these vague updates from admissions. I reached out for HDME and the fact that they're still saying "weeks" until decisions are released is crazy considering the program begins in 2-3 months. "Thanks for reaching out! All decisions will be released within the next couple of weeks. We appreciate your patience as we finalize the admissions process. Please let us know if you have any other questions.”

Did they by chance share the hybrid MDE schedule?

Yeah I'm hybrid as well. But having you as "decided" with no released decision for that long is actually insane. I would be losing my mind x2 as well. Come on Columbia... get it together ?

Exactly how I'm feeling RN. I have a feeling those that are still waiting for MDE won't hear back until after 3/9. Which is the deadline for MDE applicants to make a decision regarding their acceptance. I think at this point it's about seating availability. If we definitely rejected I'm sure we would've heard back by this point, cause there's no way they just didn't get to our application at all yet. Also could explain why our application is still "under review". Just assumptions tho
