Congrats! & no I haven't heard anything :,(, I'm wondering if they sent both of their offers yesterday, around what time did you get the offer?

Any updates for my L&D PALS?

She's from UCSD but not L&D, I also have been talking to the admin officer for L&D and she mentioned my initial 5 satisfied the requirement, but the one that manages the reference site told me another thing so I just included the managers to be safe since she told me that's what was preventing me from having my data report be completed. To be fair she mentioned since I have work experience I needed two managers minimum, but in cases where people don't have any work experience professors can count as managers. I think since your status changed tho I wouldn't add it since they most likely already got the report.

Atleast the feeling is mutual ?; & no but I've been in contact with the one in charge of the reference site and she mentioned for me to include 2 managers to have the data report complete? so I luckily did and now all of my 7 references are complete. So now I just gotta pray & wait haha

Any updates post references on L&D for anyone ?

5/6 of my references are completed (I initially only had five this morning that were all complete but I added one more today); I did ask them when they called me for references about how long would it approximately take after submitting references to know about decisions. They just lmk that it takes some time and couldn't give an exact time frame since it varies

On Monday I put down 2 coworkers and 3 professors/preceptors. Today I added one previous manager just incase but now I'm waiting for them to complete their reference. It hasn't changed yet but I'm hoping in changes soon ?

How quickly did your status change after all your references were completed? All of mine were done by yesterday around 8:30pm. Also did you put down any managers, because on the reference website it said new grads can consider their professors as managers?
