Hi everyone, I just wanted to create a thread for the upcoming Fall 2026 application window where we can share information with each other and anything to do with BC Nursing. If you guys aren't aware, applications will open March 28th and close on May 15. Here are my stats: GPA 3.44 TEAS 88 Good luck to everyone!!

Wow that sounds crazy. I am going to try for MDC also but the thing is it's kind of far from me and they're requiring an additional class before I can even apply. For Spring 2026 they did not accept students at all three campuses, so you know if all three campuses will be available this upcoming term? And also, would you say South or central is better? Thank you so much for responding!

Hi everyone, the time is coming to re-apply and I was wondering if anyone can give a little info on how the program has been so far. Also, does anyone know if they are going to be opening up all the campuses again?

Yes me and you had very similar stats but your GPA was a couple points higher than me so I literally missed it by a few points ? but it's all good the pool was super limited this time. Hopefully, it's better by the fall!

For everyone who said that their status changed to pre admission I'm pretty sure you guys have been accepted. Congratulations to you guys! I'm also sure you'll receive your email tonight maybe after 8ish because that's when we received our letters. If you guys don't mind, would you share your stats so those of us who didn't make it can more or less know where we may need to improve? Again, Congrats!!

I really hope they do open all campuses. I spoke with a current student who was accepted for January 2025 and she let me know that her cohort started with 150 so to go from that number to 40 is a huge change. that's good to hear about NSU. I'm going to start calling schools tomorrow to explore my options.

My only issue with MDC is the distance. It's pretty far from me including with the commute to the clinical sites.

According to the one of the coaches, she said that she hasn't been given any information regarding the opening of the north and south campus for the fall term. So, there's that. I just saw you applied for NSU- have you heard back from them yet? MDC is also far from me especially their clinical sites. That's why I didn't want to fall on them either- not to mention retaking the TEAS. I just do not understand why they weren't transparent with us. I understand it being a competitive program but 40 students!? I wasn't aware BC gained its Ivy League status. This is broward college not freaking Harvard. SMH.

Wow that is absolutely insane. What is the point of having the program then? I wonder if they are addressing these issues, if more space will eventually open up for future terms? So much unknowns and no answers from the staff. This is ..... wow I just have no words.

I received the email Friday night close to 9ish. On Halloween! Sure scared the hell out of me LOL but wow 40?! Sheesh. If you don't mind, what are your backup options? I have been searching and searching and I haven't found anything that is similar in costs to BC for ASN. I don't have a bachelors so unfortunately I can't apply to accelerated tracks either. as of right now, I haven't heard of anyone who received an acceptance.
