Thank you!! The Kira interview wasn't too bad. For anyone who gets a Kira interview invite I would recommend doing multiple practice questions on the Kira platform (once they send the link) prior to completing the actual recorded interview.

I assume most people that have applied within the first couple of weeks will hear something soon as the official timeline states interviews are typically held September-December based on the portal "Application Dates and Milestones" section. I'm sure there are others that have received a KIRA invite as well that are just silent readers in the forum as well LOL and I assume the majority will receive an invite starting next week. So at this point I think it is (sadly) just a waiting game.

I'm honestly not too sure on how they decide who they want to move on to the zoom interview/info session based on the KIRA interview. I'm sure it's a healthy combination between the quality of your ICU experience, personal statement/application, and KIRA Interview.

Thank you! I haven't got the email that contains the actual link to complete the Kira Interview yet, just the notification that they are extending a interview invite. It's usually pre-recorded questions and you respond within the set time limit they give you. I'm somewhat familiar because I was waitlisted last application cycle.

I applied 8/6 and my application was verified on 8/7. I just received an email that I'm invited to interview (Kira).

I recieved an interview invite Friday (6/12)!

I attended the 11/18 info session. Not sure of our chances to be accepted. Also, no changes in my portal just a email notification.

I just got an email notification that I'm placed on the waitlist as well.

I attended the zoom information session on 11/18 and just got an email that my application has been placed on hold. Not what I wanted to hear, but still trying to be hopeful!
