Just finished my Kira today. Biggest tips I wish I had: Don't sweat it. You're gonna read a bunch of crazy personal stories about how insanely difficult it was or that people thought they bombed it. There are no basic interview questions like "tell me about yourself" or "describe a conflict with a coworker", and I think its intentional. A lot of it is "what would you do if ____" or "how do you handle ____", and you should have some EQ to answer tough situations. Truly being human about it and treating it like a real 1 on 1 in person interview is the best approach. won't really share more to keep it fair for all applicants. But yeah, don't sweat it and be yourself!
