I was just asking about for the outside opinion should I need to fight it in administration law court.

Should it be an addictionologist or will any psychiatrist work for independent evaluation.

These guidelines are ridiculous I can understand if you have a track record of substance abuse but one small mistake that harms no one and completely non work related and they drop the hammer.

Do all contract get therapy and or AA/NA?

I tried contacting a firm that specializes in it but they wanted 5000 retainer and I didn't have the money I should have researched what they do for the hprp and how many people get it before hand

I have an attorney that helped me with my original owi case I just don't know how much experience he has with the board he said he's represented numerous nurses and physicians with cases but he seems very hands off and overly optimistic keeps saying that this is nothing and they have bigger fish to fry than giving me a hard time about it.

I'm currently working in a hospital I disclosed the conviction to them but haven't mentioned anything about speaking to the board ect. I have to disclose it to them within 10 days. I'm nervous about losing my job although I don't necessarily pass medications but often do to help the floor out. Do people typically lose their job after entering monitoring?

I had a substance use evaluation a few months after my arrest 2 years ago for substance use that stated no monitoring needed and just a diagnosis of cannabis intoxication would be of use as a non board assessment?

I can't message privately on here yet unfortunately. Only medication I was prescribed was after a surgery in like 2013 which I didn't use. I haven't touched THC since the incident nor drink. Would it be helpful to get a drug test like nail follicle that can show long term abstinence to bring to evaluation.

Yes I met with the board and they told me today I need to get the evaluation done. I haven't drank or used any THC since the incident and have no desire to ever again

I'm about to call HPRP to set up an evaluation mine involved THC in my system not alcohol do you have any advice and what's your current situation looking like? Thanks
