College of Marin - Fall 2026
Hi Everyone! My name is Cesar and I'm currently the outgoing President of the Student Nurses' Association at College of Marin. To answer the main concern I see, decisions come out in the middle of May and will continue to roll out throughout the Summer. There are decisions coming out on a weekly basis after all the way until the start of the program. I encourage you all to follow the SNA instagram. @collegeofmarin.sna Goodluck to you all, the program is great. :)

College of Marin (COM) - Welcome Class of 2027
Hi! Unfortunately, there is currently no way to directly connect with current nursing students outside of the Allnurses.com website. Even here, there is a limited number of nursing students who monitor the forum. We do have an Instagram page that we encourage you all to follow and DM us with any questions you may have! We are all very excited to help you out in your career, especially since we were just in your shoes! The Student Nurse Association on campus is currently working on establishing a buddy system between the first and second years of the program! You will be matched with a buddy who can personally help you navigate your issues and questions. I personally will be at your orientation to answer any questions that come up, also! Our Instagram is @collegeofmarin.sna There will be a welcome picnic during your orientation, where you will have the opportunity to talk to some second years, and some points during the orientation where you can socialize between each other as well.

College of Marin (COM) - Fall 2025
I'd like to reiterate that the current number of people accepted is by no means final. People are constantly rejecting their acceptances and accepting different programs' offers. This will continue to happen throughout the rest of the Summer, and the "33 accepted" is not accurate. Thank you, keep checking those COM emails, and good luck!

College of Marin (COM) - Fall 2025
Hi AST, I would say that currently the amount of students accepted is irrelevant, due to the fact that some schools may or may not have sent out acceptances. There could be 30 spots filled but a large chunk of those people will eventually drop out of their acceptances to COM and go elsewhere. I've heard of people even getting accepted even after orientation and still succeeding in the program. In terms of points, I got in around the 2nd week of admissions with ~87 points. My only piece of advice is to continue checking your email and if you are comfortable doing so, update the forums with whatever points you had when getting accepted. Goodluck!

College of Marin (COM) - Fall 2025
Hi everyone, I'm the Student Nurse Association president at College of Marin's nursing program, and I want to congratulate the few who have gotten in so far! I wanted to let you guys know that it may be pretty discouraging not hearing anything back from the program, but hold on! College of Marin has a lot of people who tend to fully accept the offer that they receive, but later drop out due to other schools coming out with acceptances. Unfortunately, there is no good way of regulating this, as most schools across the country face the same issue. I personally know a few people who got accepted mere days before the orientation started and are now doing amazing. Please hold on and check your COM email every day for news. My main pieces of advice are to enjoy your Summer while you can and be patient. Once you get in, things move fast! For those of you who are planning on attending, I am excited to meet you all at your orientation (NE95). I will periodically be answering whatever questions I can on this thread.
