I got an email saying I was rejected.

They told me they'd lmk in a week. I can feel the rejection though like their faces were not impressed with my answers.

Can't even remember much I just blacked out from nerves. They asked about ebp for patients, pt education, above and beyond moments, and how I would handle night shift?

I bombed my interview for the MICU.

I did my preceptorship is Norcal. I don't have any other experience.

I think having a preceptorship/ capstone experience really helped. I applied for the ICU and got an interview. I think I also had my ACLS and some other certs.

How soon did they get back to you?

is it more behavioral or clinical based questions? I'm so nervous cause this is the only hospital in CA that's reached out for an interview

Omggg. That sounds so competitive. Do they actually tell you how many people they're accepting? I didn't attend the webinar and can't find it online, but this cohort is accepting around 30 people right?

They accept less than 5 people for each floor right? I'm not sure how many people they interview and actually accept. It sounds so competitive ??. I have my interview in like 3 weeks and sent in my candidate profile. Do they ask you questions about the profile?

Cause I expected it to be over zoom, but my email is giving me a location. I don't think I'm gonna do the interview if it has to be in person.
