My status changed from applied to screen to route, so I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone!

Yes! Jennifer mentioned that all applications will be in the "review", "screen" or "apply" status unless they are sent to hiring managers for further review. The status will change to "route" at that time. Interviews will continue through August as hiring managers wrap up interviews.

My application was routed this week :) I emailed Jennifer, and she said my app was routed to the m/s unit. Hoping to hear back for an interview!

Just checked my status and it says screen! Hoping this is a good sign :)

Hi! This is my first time applying. My cumulative GPA is 3.33 and my science GPA is around 3.01! The Kira interview was quite easy to navigate and answer. I practiced some ethical situations and personal questions beforehand to prep.
