  1. OMG that's what happened to me yesterday and I work 12 hour shifts so I had to literally wait all day LOL cheering for you!!
  2. That's still good! Yes, and I heard they really value experience so I think you got a good chance. Are you applying anywhere else?
  3. I'm in Wahiawa! Yours should be there soon... It was post marked on the 14th. Wishing you the best! What'd you get on your TEAS?
  4. Hi! OMG so sorry for the late reply I must've missed this! I honestly took them randomly because I was trying to work it into my work schedule. But I recommend taking Chem and Mirco before you take your A&P classes, it really helped me understand A&P better ? which I think you have to do because those are prereqs for A&P I'm pretty sure. I talked with a counselor to help me understand what I needed to take. But sure! do you have Instagram or Facebook?
  5. Hi! Yes I took all the prereqs listed on KCCs website for the ADN program, I was even in contact with an advisor to make sure I had everything done. I too have an unrelated undergraduate degree and initially considered the GEPN program. However, I found the cost and the compressed nature of the curriculum unappealing. I believe I would benefit more from a 2-3 year program at KCC/UHM, where I feel I could learn at a more manageable pace. The hospital I work at does pay for tuition for graduate programs so I was hoping to get into KCCs ADN program, then apply for the UHM bridge program from ADN-MSN because I do already have a bachelors degree. Then if not KCC, I'm hoping to get into UHM BSN program then eventually do the MSN bridge program. Have you taken your TEAS yet?
  6. Hi! Just wondering if anybody else applied to KCCs ADN program for this coming fall semester... What're your stats like? Is this your first time applying? Prereqs: As, 2 Bs (one of them is Chem so I know that one doesn't count towards the GPA calculation) Co-reqs: Both As TEAS: 94.7% I currently work in healthcare I'm so anxious... Anybody applying to UH Manoa as well?
