  1. @Koneill The only thing I've received, aside from confirmations, is the reminder for orientation next week, no to-dos. As far as the schedule, about four months ago someone posted (on FB) that 1st and 2nd semester have classes/clinicals around four days a week, and their schedule was Monday/Thursday lectures (9 AM-12:10 PM) and Tuesday/Wednesday clinicals (either 6:30 AM-4 PM or 2:30 PM-12AM). A 4th-semester student mentioned her schedule was also four days a week with Wednesday lectures (9 AM-12 PM) and Thursday/Friday clinicals. I know this doesn't help directly with your work schedule, but it gave me a very general idea of the in-class time requirement. Hopefully, we will get all the specifics on Monday. It will be such a relief to get more information!
  2. @myoonbun Best of luck to you next year!! (link below) Local Admission Area A student transferring with the majority of units from one or more of the following community colleges is considered to be in Sacramento State's local admission area: American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento City, Sierra, San Joaquin Delta, Solano, Woodland, and Yuba. https://www.csus.edu/apply/admissions/application-process/transfer-process.html#ts-after-you-have-applied
  3. Don't worry, I'm an alternate so maybe those went out first. I applied with 73 points and I'm alternate #4. Good luck!!
  4. Yes, I also got an ADN acceptance email last week. Today is the deadline to accept, so maybe they are waiting to see how many accepted applicants they get before they send out additional acceptances/alternates as need.
  5. That's really disappointing—I wish it had been better news for you. Waiting is the worst! Did you apply to ARC too? I don't think they've sent anything out yet, so if you did there's still a chance with them. Good luck!
  6. My acceptance letter is for the RN program. I got the email April 9th.
  7. If yours still says 'submitted' I think it just means they haven't completed all the checks yet. I can only imagine applications that are incomplete or ineligible will probably be marked as so and won't just stay as only 'submitted'. Good luck to you!
  8. Yes, mine said 'submitted' yesterday and I just checked and it now says 'eligible'.
  9. I'm not sure about the timing, but my last name also starts with an S, and my email arrived at 2:09 pm. I saw some people mentioning that schools sometimes send acceptance and alternate emails separately. Since I haven't seen anyone mention an alternate yet, maybe those are still going out? Fingers crossed for you! Best of luck!
  10. No, nothing here beyond the confirmation of received email. I did email them (to ask a different question) and they assured me they'd be covering everything at the first orientation. So, I'm assuming we're all good until then! I'll make sure to post if I get anything though.
  11. Hi all, I got in too! But I was also accepted to another nursing program that's closer to home, so I'll be giving up my spot at SCC. Hopefully this gives someone here who is an alternate a chance. Wishing everyone the best! FYI my email came to my personal and L.R. gmail.
  12. Maybe 'eligible' means the application has been reviewed and is ready for the lottery. Most schools weed out ineligible ones first, so 'submitted' might just mean it's still being processed. Just a guess though! Good luck everyone!
  13. I saw in the Fall 2024 thread they heard back on the 12th. I just wish they would send out an emails to everyone that applied, not just accepted/waitlisted?
  14. Hi! I'm right there with you! The nerves have really started to kick in. Let's just hope the points stay the same as the last round and then we'll all be good.
  15. I hope so and I hope you are too! I've had so many wild things happen in the last two years of pre-reqs I'm not going to believe anything until I get the acceptable email. At this point I just can't wait to get the applications in and be able to sit back and wait. Best of luck to you!
  16. Oh good. I really appreciate them not leaving us hanging just waiting for an email that might never come. Thank you for answering! I'm applying with 92. Based on last round I think we are both in a good spot!??Are you applying to other schools or just Yuba?
  17. Yeah it's crazy how quickly the scores have jumped up! I have pretty good stats, but I'm still really nervous. I was wondering if Yuba sends out letters to let you know if you didn't get in? I'm also applying to Sierra, and I know they only send acceptance/waitlist letters.
  18. Hi! I'll be applying to Yuba for Fall of 2025 as well. This will be my first time applying. Thank you for creating this thread! I'm equally nervous and excited?
