I have only a few months of RN experience! Graduated with my BSN in May, started working in a pediatric subacute facility since September. I also had my senior preceptorship in a level 4 NICU, so that may have helped my application.

I'm not entirely sure. I had my interview on Tuesday so they might've been doing interviews all this week. Maybe check your application status to see if it updated. Mine still says "in process", not too sure when I'll hear back.

Hi! I know this is an old forum, but I'm applying to Seattle's New Grad Residency for Feb 2025! I'm really interested in working in the NICU and saw that you actually interviewed for the NICU and got the job earlier this year! I was wondering if you had any tips for interviewing, what kinds of questions they asked, and just overall how to be prepared? I'm from the Bay as well, and just hoping this opportunity can be the start of my career. I would appreciate any advice you can give, thank you!

My application still says active as well! I got a call from the recruiter on Wednesday asking if I had my NRP certification, but that's the most I've heard from them. He said we're most likely going to hear back by mid week next week. The wait is killing me too ? Hopefully there's spots for the both of us ?
