I believe just the resume was required, but personally I submitted both as a combined document, but I know others just submitted the resume and used the application questions to give more detail. I don't think it will affect your application since it wasn't clearly stated as a requirement. Good luck!

Hi I wanted to create a thread for the Seattle Children's residency program in February. I know there were issues with the application at first and I submitted right after it got fixed, got my phone screening invite the same day. Just wanted to see where everyone's at and any advice! It's my first time applying and I'm in California but I graduated from wsu's program this past may. Good luck!

I was able to speak to someone from recruitment and they said: "Thanks for reaching out and I believe all the applications are currently in review. You should be hearing something in the next 2-3 weeks.” So hopefully if you haven't received an offer it might be coming!
