I feel like a high GPA is more helpful in getting you an interview. And the interview is what gets you admission. I was invited to interview at another school with these same stats. I was super nervous and didn't do so well, and got rejected. With Hofstra I had more time to prepare and felt I did much better than in my first interview with the other school.
