In another group I'm in, there seems to be a theory on why in some people's application status it says "Application Received" vs. "Recruiter Review" ... and that is that for those w/ an "Application Received" status still, it means their application was rejected (and didn't move on to the recruiter review level) for some reason. Does anyone know if this is the case? Or could it just mean they haven't gotten to those applicants yet? It doesn't appear to have anything to do with date of application submission or unit. I figure I'd ask you all since you have been through this process already. TIA!
