  1. Got it! Thank you for telling me that, it really helps!
  2. That really takes the pressure off me, thank you so much. I feel like I can angst over the little things less and just focus on clinicals. I appreciate it!
  3. Hi there Guest, First of all, congratulations! If you're reading this, you must be well into your career as a CRNA by now. My question for you is, when did you start looking for post-grad jobs? Did you wait until after passing boards or did you line something up a few months before graduating? And what do you think about some of these places that approach students during the program with job offers? Better to take it or wait? Thanks, - iso
  4. Hey Shanneliz, Congratulations! It's good of you to post this thread. Question for you--when did you start looking for post-grad jobs? Are you waiting until after passing boards or did you line something up a few months before graduating? And what do you think about some of these places that approach students during the program with job offers? Better to take it or wait? Thanks, - iso
  5. That's really helpful. Thank you! Hahaha, that helps, thanks!
  6. Hey all, I'm an SRNA wondering how employers decide who they want to hire from a group of new grad CRNAs. Is it GPA? Some kind of student leadship position? The fact that you're alive after three years of this LOL? My grades are good, but so are everyone else's. I'm a student rep for my class. I know CRNAs are in demand, but I want to move to a specific city that has its own population of new grad CRNAs from local programs that will also be applying places. How do I stand out when everyone else is awesome too? Thanks, - iso
