No, I apologize. The word more so was blacklisted. What I mean by that is they are basically taking a financial loss if you leave before you're supposed to because it's costly to hire new grads. If you leave prior to your expected date, then it kind of looks bad in their eyes because they spent so much time, resources, and money training you that if you leave and reapply later, then it might be harder to get back in. But they will never stop you or call other hospitals to prevent you from getting a job!

I'm not sure how many applicants, but I believe the contract is 3 years? I want to say it's not a written contract, more so a verbal one and If you leave prior, you essentially get "blackmailed" from the hospital ?

I have not. Those were my top 2 I put in my career snapshot too.

I haven't received any call for Riverside or Anaheim. I'm not sure if anyone else has from those 2 locations.

I haven't heard anything back yet. I was informed that because it's 4th of July week, we might not hear back this week.

Thank you so much!! When I was applying and it was asking me for the units I wanted, I was so confused because I was like uhhh whichever floor is hiring! LOL I was hoping for Irvine location, but we shall see! I'm a bit nervous as they have over 100 applicants and are only taking 15-20, but I'm praying for the best.
