  1. Of course! I remember stalking threads here last year and being so anxious. Your stats sound great and I'm sure you'll get in. Good luck!
  2. Well, I didn't know it at the time but they didn't consider my Microbiology class at first (based off a technicality) so I would assume it's not a dealbreaker. I was also in progress for A&P 2 at the time of my application. I was allowed to submit my unofficial transcript for that class after the deadline and it worked out!
  3. Yes! I was the last person off the waitlist and they accepted me 7 days before school started. Don't lose hope :)
  4. Wow, I hope your situation improves. Working full time and being in school is whole different beast. Good luck to us both on this grad school journey! It's a long road, but worth it ?
  5. I was looking at WGU but I'm interested in grad school and I think it'd be better for me to have a true GPA. I'm mostly considering University of Houston Sugar Land for the ABSN. It's just not my first choice because I worry about keeping up my grades and being able to work during school.
  6. Yeah I figured Covid was a huge factor the last couple years. I only applied here this round. There's very few programs near me and I wanted a fall start. If I don't get in I plan to apply for Spring start, along with WCJC sugar land campus, and possibly an ABSN program.
  7. They said middle third for me but 11 is a lot different than 19 so I have no idea what to expect. I'm glad you can still fall back on your current program!
  8. I'm curious if anyone from the waitlist has been accepted yet? I'm just holding my breath and feel like I can't make concrete plans until I have a final decision. It's even more nerve-wracking that I don't know my exact ranking!
  9. I was waitlisted. 136 qualified people, 40 accepted, 30 on the waitlist. Apparently they don't share exact positions anymore. I emailed and they said they can accept students off the waitlist until the day before classes start! my stats (if you're interested): GPA: 3.33 HESI: 94.8 Got extra points for Microbiology.
  10. Do you know anyone co-enrolled in one of the concurrent BSN programs? I'm looking at the degree plan for UH Clear Lake and it seem like a great (albeit time consuming) option
  11. I don't think anyone hears back for a minimum of 6 weeks! And when I went to the info session they even said 8-10 weeks. We should know by late May/early June
  12. I would love to speak with you! I can't dm you but I'd so appreciate it if you reached out to me though my Google voice number ‪(512) 953-3420‬
  13. I am! I'm finishing up my bachelor's degree now so I didn't get points for a prior degree. Still hopeful though ?
