  1. That link isn't working for me? What's the name of the group? I'll try to search it that way Lmao same. My interview was horrific
  2. A girl who got accepted last year said they called her in the afternoon so I'm keeping my hopes up for now!
  3. Right, that's the day if you look on last year's all nurses thread
  4. I feel better that I'm not the only one who feels this way! I feel worse after interviewing. I think both. I definitely think I could have answered the questions better. The interviewers also didn't react or say anything at all.
  5. I gotcha. I hope everything works out for you! I believe you'll land right where you need to be.
  6. From my understanding and what I remember from the open house, you answer both prompts and have an overall 2 page limit. It is not limited to one page per prompt. The first question for me was more than one page and the second question was just one long paragraph.
  7. I applied on 6/3. My application was verified 2 days ago, then my application switched to "under review" in NursingCas and I got the under review email from USF. But now my application in NursingCas has gone back to just saying "verified" and I haven't received an interview invite
  8. I think I have some pretty good LORs. I had some SRNAs say the clinical instructor is a good bonus because it shows I am involved in the nursing world and am trusted to teach nursing students. Hopefully if I attest to staying in the ICU full time and explain in my interview it's only 8 hours a week, they won't think of it as me trying to leave. I explained in my personal statement too that I love to teach.
  9. I will be applying soon (hopefully next month). I'm really nervous and looking for opinions on my stats/application Nursing GPA 3.89 Science GPA 4.0 GRE 298, 4.0 writing 1.5 years MSICU, 6 months ED Relief charge/preceptor Research/EBP committee 20 shadow hours 50+ volunteer hours I have my PALS and will be taking CCRN soon I also just accepted a clinical instructor position
  10. This might be a long shot but I asked the CRNA who I shadowed for about 20 hours for a LOR back in March. It's almost May, I've reminded her twice about the letter, and she has yet to write it. It was really difficult to get in to shadow her. Does anyone know a CRNA I can shadow in central Florida? I am applying soon and starting to doubt that she will write it for me.
  11. Hi everyone. I'll be applying in May hopefully. GRE is done. General chemistry is in the works, then I just have to take CCRN and PALS. I also don't get my BSN transcripts until May. USF is the only school I'm applying to at the moment, so I have my fingers crossed ? good luck to everyone!
