I'm planning on getting into it but so far only 1 company so far is offering 1-2 shift of training as a grad nurse with no experience. It's ridiculous. They are aware but still offer below minimum training to grad nurse. Most of pt have trach/vent/gbutton

The individuals that are interviewing next week for NICU if all the spots are offered and accepted then rejection will go out but if any of the offers are decline then another round of interviews will take place.
