  1. If you have another offer elsewhere then good but if it's your only option then take it
  2. (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES/IDENTIFYING INFORMATION OF INDIVIDUALS IN YOUR PROGRAM PER TOS) emailed for next steps webinar (optional)
  3. Hi! You submit the 350 manually and choose the term
  4. "Congratulations! Your application is under review.”
  5. This is true. My MSN FNP was not accepted and it still says that
  6. If I remember correctly, use your nursingCAS email
  7. If you have a congratulations and you can see the checklist of things you have to do then I think you're in. You'll just have to wait for the official email! ?
  8. I was accepted to Summer but deferred to the fall. I hope you guys get updates asap!
  9. Can't wait to meet everyone this fall!
  10. I am happy and honored that they accepted me off the waitlist, but I shall decline as well! Good luck everyone! ??
  11. Congrats! Perhaps I didn't get a chance at FNP because I didn't have a LOR from a healthcare professional. I remember a counselor telling me it would be a blow to my application that I didn't have one from healthcare. If I may ask, who were your letters from? And question: I also work at a pharmacy—it's been around 10 months working here...do you think it's OK to ask for a letter from the pharmacy manager even though I work with different pharmacists all the time? Thanks!
  12. Same, no response. If I get off the list, I probably won't accept and just stick with ABSN here in the Bay since both programs are around the same price and staying home saves money on rent. Good luck to the rest!
  13. Is there a timetable on this? I'm basically just gonna do my ABSN now that it's my last option ?
  14. Yeah haha, thank you! I think alternate is their way of saying waitlist ?
  15. Thanks! CSUF used kira talent IDK if you're familiar with that but they gave us 4 questions and we had to record ourselves into the camera with 1 minute prep time and 1.5 minute automatic timer so we didn't speak to any live person lols, and at WesternU we were interviewed by 3 faculty members and they asked a total of 7 questions. I was pretty nervous for both of them and don't think I spoke fluidly enough. Western gave me an alternate spot and I think CSUF is an outright rejection no waitlist. I was pretty bummed because I prepared for those exact questions on kiratalent for CSUF yet was still nervous. Wish I practiced more ?
  16. Yep you can! Yes I think I'm gonna accept SMU ABSN. I had two other interviews in SoCal for ABSN/ELMSN but I guess I bombed the interviews ? I really wanted to move to LA for a change of scenery but it's OK, I'm glad I still got accepted to something!
  17. Ya, ABSN, CM, and FNP. ABSN accepted me, CM offered an interview which I decided not to pursue, and FNP did not email
  18. Oh wow super competitive, no wonder I didn't get an email LOL. I got in the ABSN tho! I'll work my way up ? do you know the stats for CM? (I decided not to take that interview)
  19. Yeah, I'm from the bay but wanted to move to LA for a little change so sad ;( yeah, I thought we would have a higher chance since we got to the interview step ?
  20. Congrats on your acceptances! I applied and had an interview for both of them too, but no luck (alternate). I guess I need to work on my interview skills ? luckily I did get accepted to an ABSN here in the bay which is 3 semesters but I really wanted to move to SoCal
