same! I work for L&D and that's my dream unit but Kaiser doesn't hire new grad in L&D! keep your head up, what's meant for us will be, it might take awhile but we will get that new grad position!

I know how you feel! I feel that way about Kaiser, I've been working for them 7 years and I didn't even get a interview 🫠

I emailed them this morning, and got this reply. "Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the Providence New Graduate Nurse Residency Program. Our hiring managers are reviewing candidates and making final selection decisions for the August new graduate cohort. Currently, the review process is still underway, and we appreciate your patience as the team carefully evaluates all applicants. You can expect to receive an update regarding your application status in the coming weeks. We will be sure to notify you as soon as a decision has been made. Thank you again for your interest in joining Providence. We truly appreciate the time and effort you invested in the interview process, and we wish you the very best as we complete our selections.”
