I heard from previous applicator that referrals to the hiring manager are sent by the system in batches, not individually as each application comes in. After a screening round closes, the system pushes the entire batch of selected applicants to the unit at once. This means if some applicants have already received a referral and others have not, the others most likely were not selected in that round.

I have no idea, I haven't get any phone call, I thout the initial phone call just for scheduling the interview, but it looks like they also count this for formal interview.

So, when you got call from the unit, they asked you several questions already? And if you did good, then you would got the futher step to in-person interview? If failed, you gonna lose the in-person interview?Thank you so much for your information!
