  1. Yes, call Maximus and ask them if you are eligible to join the intervention program. You most likely will be placed on probation but do not surrender your license. DO NOT do this. You could hire (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES PER TERMS OF SERVICE) or another lawyer but you can go to trial and represent yourself. Just be honest and open and get into an IOP program, start seeing a therapist and get letters from everyone you've seen regarding your addiction because you will want to submit this to the judge during trial.

  3. Wow! That's great to know! Thank you so much!
  4. An accusation was filed against me because I was arrested and placed on a 5150 for mental health crisis. Not addicted to drugs and alcohol. I consented voluntarily to participate in the Intervention Program. Hoping they will allow me to work after 6 months of participating in the program and negative drug testing. Hoping this won't last for longer than 3 years. Does anyone else have a case similar to mine? Any advice?
  5. Does anyone know if you could qaulify for the BRN Intervention Program if there is already a public accusation against you as an RN on Breeze?
