I got an interview with kaiser anaheim but got excited and forgot to ask what the unit was and how long the interview is. anyone know if kaiser anaheim is just med surg? also the length of the interview?

No requirements other than white shoes, but leather is highly suggested in case any fluids get on your shoe. You will get an invitation from the school to purchase a white scrub top / green bottoms

I believe it's January 22nd, but I'm not sure. If you go to your acceptance letter, theres a link that says "next steps" and it shows the academic calendar for the university. If someone could confirm that would be great LOL

3.6 GPA, 3.95 pre-req GPA, coming from an ivy league. certified EMT-B, volunteered in hospice, make a wish, volunteered in hospital discharge unit during covid, fostered sick kittens when the hospitals were closed to volunteers during covid if that counts LOL

Yeah NP! I didn't take it that way, just wanted to soothe the nerves of overthinkers like myself LOL ?

Before anyone compares themselves and feels anxious about a lack of hands-on medical care, admissions says that they don't expect hands-on direct patient experience since many of us don't have any sort of licensure yet. So you won't be penalized if you don't have direct patient experience. Just putting that out there for my fellow overthinkers! ? We're all coming from different age ranges (21-50) so what makes your application valuable is very subjective to your age. ?
