Has anyone interviewed for acute care?

Same thing happened to me. Received the email about my app being forwarded to hiring leaders then not even 8 hours later got the rejection

If you applied to the extern position within 6 months they might have just used your previous on-demand interview! They only send out a new one if it's been a while but use the one on file if it's within 6 months

I'm sorry, that sucks. To be fair I think Rady hires 99% of internal applicants and just interviews for the formality it's ridiculous and gives us false hope when there really is little to no chance

It's kind of inconsiderate at this point

Also got a denial email for the second time LOLOL

I haven't heard back anything yet. Seems like it's taking longer then normal

Does anyone know when you need your degree by before the program start date? I'm graduating same month as next start date and unsure if it will be on time

Agreed. Fast doesn't always means best. Have heard a lot of push back on programs especially direct entry masters programs for training NPs who haven't had previous RN experience
